Architecture
Design that begins with the survey of the site it will stand on.
Because our surveyors and architects work together, a design reflects the real slope, soil and orientation of the plot from the first sketch. We design private houses, farm and storage buildings, shops and small offices, and prepare documentation for building permits.

Store & trade

Privacy Policy

OPERA AG, LLC ("Opera AG", "we") provides surveying, engineering and architecture services, runs a store and mobile sales, rents premises, and acts as a trade agent and business support provider. This policy explains how we process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Survey and design clients
We process your name and contacts, documents confirming ownership or use of the land plot, cadastral numbers, plot boundaries and coordinates, and design briefs. For cadastral work, data is submitted to the State Land Cadastre as the law requires.
3. Neighbouring landowners
Boundary surveys may require notifying or agreeing boundaries with owners of adjoining plots. In that case we process their names and contact details obtained from public registers or from you, solely to arrange the boundary agreement.
4. Aerial imagery
Where a survey uses a drone, flights are limited to the client's plot and its immediate surroundings. If people or neighbouring private property appear in the imagery, it is used only to produce the survey and is not published.
5. Store and mobile sales customers
In store, purchases are recorded through fiscal cash registers and we do not ask for personal data. For village deliveries, we record your name, phone, address and order.
6. Tenants and business partners
We process lease contracts, payment records and business contact details of representatives of tenants, producers we represent and businesses we support.
7. Purposes and grounds
- Performing survey, engineering, design, sale, lease and agency contracts (contract).
- Submitting data to the State Land Cadastre and construction permit authorities (legal obligation).
- Tax and accounting compliance (legal obligation).
- Arranging boundary agreements with neighbours (legitimate interest).
8. Recipients
State Land Cadastre, state architectural and construction control bodies, notaries, laboratories for geological tests, carriers, tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention
- Survey and design files: at least 10 years, as they may be needed for later construction or disputes.
- Delivery orders: 1 year.
- Lease records: lease term plus 3 years.
- Enquiries without a contract: 12 months.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
